Thailand Banking Sector Computer Emergency Response Team (TB-CERT) was established with the approval of senior executives of commercial banks in Thailand, in order to support group members who are bank employees. The exchange of information and experience of the members is a key for beneficial of financial organizations in Thailand. This is especially useful for the prevention of cyber threats that may affect the service, resources, or personnel of an organization. This is achieved by maintaining a policy of refraining from expressing opinions on financial products and abstaining from disseminating negative information about the organization and the third parties. Such practices are implemented to prevent potential harm and obstruction to the exchange of opinions and positive relations among the members.
